Today, Monday 25th of august, 2008 around 10h30’, two civil police agents from Carthage district police came to us to enquire about my brother Abdelkarim who was not at home and their question was : “ we did not see him ?” while in reality they know everything about his movings and his regular presence with his family in addition to old and young residents of the quarter who also know … . We already heard the same pretence before during several visits to our house made by the same civil agents and by other civil police groups to enquire about my brother and up to my writing of my present communiqué, they already appointed a white Citroen ZX car with two police civil agents from Carthage police district, the same car among others brand ones that used in prior occasions to camp in front of our house.
Consequently, the members of our family join me in warning from the relapse and the renewed insistence on such police harassments towards my brother and our family too and lay responsibility on the authorities just like, before when similar harassments took place since he was released on the 7th of November, 2007 and caused the deprivation of my brother from actually living in peace and security at his father’s house and among his family which caused him to leave the house and live in a statement of roaming in Tunis streets for some days and at that time, we held the Tunisian authorities entirely responsible for his life in case he was to be submitted ALLAH protects him to a possible danger and now at the renewal of the same harassments, we ignore what will be the next probable consequences after “roaming in the streets”?.
