هند الهاروني - تونس :لم تكن الاتفاقيات العالمية و العربية لحقوق الإنسان فقط تدعو إلى حماية حرية الإنسان و كرامته ؛ إن الله الخالق هو الذي بدأ في تحديد ماهية مجموع حقوقنا الإنسانية على اليابسة ودعا إلى احترامها والدفاع عنها... فهو واجب .
قال الله تعالى: " وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُم مِّنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِّمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً". الآية 70-السورة 17- صدق الله العظيم
فلنأخذ على سبيل المثال : الموافقة بالإجماع على حق الأفراد في الحياة الخاصة والمقدسة و في توفير أمنهم الشخصيّ و وجوب توفير ضمانات لذلك و نحن عائلة الهاروني نعيش دائما تحت حصار أمنيّ بوليسي و كما هو الحال الآن رغم بلاغاتي اليومية العاجلة منذ 1 جوان 2009.
إنّ المراقبة الأمنية الشديدة اللصيقة و حتى البعيدة في المسافة ما زالت متواصلة فاليوم 6 جويلية ، لاحظنا تواجد بالتناوب ما لا يقل عن 3 سيارات مدنية و أعوان شرطة بالزي المدني!...
ونتيجة لذلك ، فإنني أدعو جميع الجهات والأشخاص الذين هم على وعي بضرورة توفير شروط لضمان تطبيق قيم حقوق الإنسان النبيلة أن تتدخل حتى تتوقف المضايقات الأمنية تجاهنا على الفور و إلى الأبد. /.
COMMUNIQUÉ SPECIAL URGENT N ° 16: 06.07.2009 Hend Harouni-Tunisie Non seulement les conventions universelles et arabes ainsi que les déclarations des droits de l'homme appellent-elles pour la protection de la liberté et de la dignité de l’être humain, notre Créateur Allah est le premier à avoir donné la définition de l’ensemble des droits humanitaires sur cette terre et appelé à les respecter et à les défendre... et donc le respect de ces règles est un devoir.
Allah dit dans Son Saint Coran, la Sourate 17. Al-Isra '. (Le Voyage Nocturne):
70. Certes, Nous avons honoré les fils d'Adam. Nous les avons transportés sur terre et sur mer, leur avons attribué de bonnes choses comme nourriture, et Nous les avons nettement préférés à plusieurs de Nos créatures.
Prenant l'exemple du droit convenu à l’unanimité : la protection de la vie privée et sacrée des personnes et de leur sécurité personnelle doivent être garanties, nous en tant que famille Harouni vivons toujours sous le siège de la police civile comme c'est le cas actuellement: en dépit de mes communiqués quotidiens urgents depuis le 1er Juin , 2009.
La surveillance par la police civile stricte, étroite et à distance est toujours en place, par exemple, aujourd'hui, le 6 Juillet: au moins 3 voitures de la police civile et des agents civils sont alternativement remarqués ...
Par conséquent, j’appelle vivement toutes les parties et les personnes qui sont conscientes de l'obligation de procurer une garantie pour la pratique des nobles valeurs des droits de l'homme afin d’intervenir pour que ces harcèlements policiers à notre égard soient éliminés de notre vie, immédiatement et à jamais. /.

06.07.2009 Hend Harouni-Tunisia Not only do universal and arab human rights conventions and declarations call for protection of the human being freedom and dignity ; our Creator ALLAH is the First to have defined and called for respect and defense of our entire rights as human beings… and compliance with such rules is a duty.
Allah says in His Holy Quran, in Surah 17 of. Al-Isra'. (The Night Journey) :
70. We have honoured the sons of Adam; provided them with transport on land and sea; given them for sustenance things good and pure; and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of our creation.
Taking the example of the unanimously agreed upon right : the individuals’ sacred private lives protection and their self security freedoms are to be guaranteed; we Harouni family are living under everlasting civil police control sieges like the present one : despite my daily urgent releases since june 1st, 2009.
The civil police strict close and remote surveillance is still taking place for instance today July 6th : at least 3 civil police cars and civil agents are alternately noticed !...
Consequently, I strongly call all sides and persons who are conscious of the requirement of providing guarantee for practice of the noble human rights values to intervene so that such police harassment be taken out of our life both immediately and for ever./.

هند الهاروني-تونس :إنّ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان يتضمن الحقوق البشرية التالية و حقنا في أن نعيش حياة طبيعية و في سلام بدون مراقبة البوليس لبيتنا مطلبا مشروعا :
المادة 1
يولد جميع الناس أحراراً متساوين في الكرامة والحقوق، وقد وهبوا عقلاً وضميراً وعليهم أن يعامل بعضهم بعضاً بروح الإخاء.
المادة 2
لكل إنسان حق التمتع بكافة الحقوق والحريات الواردة في هذا الإعلان، دون أي تمييز، كالتمييز بسبب العنصر أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الرأي السياسي أو أي رأي آخر، أو الأصل الوطني أو الاجتماعي أو الثروة أو الميلاد أو أي وضع آخر، دون أية تفرقة بين الرجال والنساء. وفضلا عما تقدم فلن يكون هناك أي تمييز أساسه الوضع السياسي أو القانوني أو الدولي لبلد أو البقعة التي ينتمي إليها الفرد سواء كان هذا البلد أو تلك البقعة مستقلا أو تحت الوصاية أو غير متمتع بالحكم الذاتي أو كانت سيادته خاضعة لأي قيد من القيود.
المادة 3
لكل فرد الحق في الحياة والحرية وسلامة شخصه.
المادة 5
لايعرض أي إنسان للتعذيب ولا للعقوبات أو المعاملات القاسية أو الوحشية أو الحاطة بالكرامة.
المادة 7
كل الناس سواسية أمام القانون ولهم الحق في التمتع بحماية متكافئة عنه دون أية تفرقة، كما أن لهم جميعا الحق في حماية متساوية ضد أي تميز يخل بهذا الإعلان وضد أي تحريض على تمييز كهذا.
المادة 12
لا يعرض أحد لتدخل تعسفي في حياته الخاصة أو أسرته أو مسكنه أو مراسلاته أو لحملات على شرفه وسمعته، ولكل شخص الحق في حماية القانون من مثل هذا التدخل أو تلك الحملات.
المادة 13
( 1 ) لكل فرد حرية التنقل واختيار محل إقامته داخل حدود كل دولة.

Hend Harouni - Tunisie La Déclaration Universelle des Droits de l’Homme comporte les droits humains suivants et notre droit à une vie naturelle et en paix sans la surveillance de notre maison par la police est une demande légitime.
Article 1
Tous les êtres humains naissent libres et égaux en dignité et en droits. Ils sont doués de raison et de conscience et doivent agir les uns envers les autres dans un esprit de fraternité.
Article 2
1.Chacun peut se prévaloir de tous les droits et de toutes les libertés proclamés dans la présente Déclaration, sans distinction aucune, notamment de race, de couleur, de sexe, de langue, de religion, d'opinion politique ou de toute autre opinion, d'origine nationale ou sociale, de fortune, de naissance ou de toute autre situation.
2.De plus, il ne sera fait aucune distinction fondée sur le statut politique, juridique ou international du pays ou du territoire dont une personne est ressortissante, que ce pays ou territoire soit indépendant, sous tutelle, non autonome ou soumis à une limitation quelconque de souveraineté.
Article 3
Tout individu a droit à la vie, à la liberté et à la sûreté de sa personne.
Article 5
Nul ne sera soumis à la torture, ni à des peines ou traitements cruels, inhumains ou dégradants.
Article 7
Tous sont égaux devant la loi et ont droit sans distinction à une égale protection de la loi. Tous ont droit à une protection égale contre toute discrimination qui violerait la présente Déclaration et contre toute provocation à une telle discrimination.
Article 12
Nul ne sera l'objet d'immixtions arbitraires dans sa vie privée, sa famille, son domicile ou sa correspondance, ni d'atteintes à son honneur et à sa réputation. Toute personne a droit à la protection de la loi contre de telles immixtions ou de telles atteintes.
Article 13
1. Toute personne a le droit de circuler librement et de choisir sa résidence à l'intérieur d'un Etat.

Hend Harouni-Tunisia The Universal Declaration of Human Rights includes the following human rights and our right for a natural peaceful life void of police control of our house is a legitimate demand.
Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed
with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of
brotherhood.
Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this
Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, color, sex,
language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin,
property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on
the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the
country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent,
trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Article 3.
Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
Article 5.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment
or punishment.
Article 7.
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to
equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any
discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to
such discrimination.
Article 12.
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family,
home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honor and reputation. Everyone
has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Article 13.
(1) Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the
borders of each state.
